Nomadin im Herzen, Storytelling als Beruf<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As a book editor, I help authors get their vision across, working with them intensely on their manuscripts and the promotional texts of their books. I help them gain clarity on their stories, working with them on the content and form. I believe everybody has a story to tell, and with my experience in Marketing and Public Relations, I can help them tell it in a way it reaches its audience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What can I do for you as an author?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I have many years of experience working with authors. I accept non-fiction manuscripts, my favorite topics being business, entrepreneurship and travel. As a digital nomad myself, I am personally curious about these subjects. If you’re an author who is seeking to get their work out to the world, but needs professional advice at some part of the process, feel free to send me a summary of your manuscript and a sample text (up to 5 pages). This will help me assess if it falls into my area of expertise and how I can help you. I’ll then send you an offer and if you agree, we can start our collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’d also be happy to help you with the promotion of your book if you’re a published author. I have worked as a Communications and Public Relations Specialist and I know what it takes to build a successful communications strategy to help you reach the right people. In today’s connected world, there is a lot authors can do to promote their (self-)published book. We work together to enhance your creativity and productivity and create a beautiful product that readers will want to read.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What can I do for you as a company owner?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you’re a company owner, I can help with your company’s communication, especially if you’re aiming to expand internationally. I can write the copy for your website, social media posts or edit exist content to make sure it transports your unique company’s voice – in German, Spanish or English. I specialize in long-form publications, such as customer or employee magazines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My philosophy is that, in publishing and in business, it’s all about stories, because that’s what we as humans relate to. That’s the reason why storytelling is such an important approach for my work. I always try to find the most interesting stories for your audience – stories that show what you do, in your very own way. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warum eigentlich jolanomada?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Freedom is one of my core values. I thrive in international environments and when exploring new locations, which is why location independence is crucial to me. As Frida Kahlo put it, “Feet, what do I need you for when I have wings to fly?” This is how the name jolanomada came about.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
